We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
- Delivery to North America, Europe, New Zealand & Australia - 10 to 15 working days
- Delivery to the rest of the world - 20 to 30 working days
During this unprecedented period of COVID-19 MoveWell™ is doing its very best to deliver your items to you with the most reliable shipping methods and fair policies. We understand that shipping during this time can be unreliable and unpredictable so this is why we offer you refund guarantees on orders that are delivered outside their specified delivery windows.
In the case of delayed shipping during COVID-19:
- If items are delayed by over 5 working days we offer customers a 30% refund on their total order value.
- If delayed by 10+ working days we offer a 50% refund on total order value
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse normally within 1-3 working days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. Once items are dispatched tracking will be updated and available. Information we be sent to the customer via email.
Wrong Delivery Information
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local postal service. MoveWell™ does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
MoveWell™ is not liable for the delivery of an item to the wrong address if the address information provided is incorrect or non existent. During this event we advise you to contact your local postal service to reschedule delivery to the correct address or arrange pickup.
Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded after they have been dispatched. If the customer wishes cancel their order they must do so quickly before the item(s) are dispatched. Contact [email protected] to do so.
All items are shipped from either our USA or Chinese warehouses to the respective fulfillment centers in each country for delivery.
